Hi Jessica,

Yes, Lee's Chicken. I remember there was one in Kingsway, near Metrotown. But, that has been closed for some time already so no Lee's Chicken for me. How much coleslaw did you prepare? I mean, if you prepare to much, doesn't it become soggy by late afternoon?

Hi ET,

Sorry, no idea what "L.A." stands for... But, "Lala Chicken", now that's a name I can smile at! ^_^

Hahaha... We drive by this particular L.A. chicken all the time. In fact, this restaurant used to be a favourite for some of my wife's colleagues - they affectionately refer to it as lala chicken. Did you happen to find out what the acronym L.A. stands for?

Oh my, this so brings back memories! My very first job was at Lee's chicken and this looks the exact same as that! I was forced to mix coleslaw in a blue rubbermaid storage container every Saturday morning!
