I think you’re missing the point – these are Montreal Style Grilled Hot Subs – the grilling releases the flavour, juices (yes, and grease) of the meat. These subs are such a guilty please you shoud become Catholic after eating one so you can confess.

I wouldn’t say sandwiches are my favourite, but when you have a nice one, it’s OK! That looks really nice, nothing like Subway …
