		<description>I think for a general be all, I have to go with mustard. Like you, because of its variety, it can be used in so many dishes; from sandwiches to salad dressing. A close second is hot sauce, once again because of it&#039;s variations. In fact, I&#039;ll even mix mustard and hot sauce to create a vegetable dip.

I totally agree about tasting before adding. I&#039;m often surprised, especially at asian restaurants, to see people literally pouring soy sauce on their freshly delivered dish before eating. *shrugs*</description>
