This is the city I had to travel last week, Philadelphia! First, a couple of pictures.

Liberty Bell – had to take the picture from afar as it was closed by the time we got there.

Reading Terminal Market. I think I will stick with Granville Island.

Architecture of Philadelphia. Unique in its own ways.

Morimoto, flagship restaurant of Iron Chef Morimoto Masaharu. No, did not go there because it would have been way past the meal budget.
Now, about the restaurants I visited (which I do not have pictures of due to other reasons):
Chili’s Grill and Bar: Food was OK, not too much to talk about. Had some ribs and it felt they used a bit too much sugar in their BBQ sauce.
13: One of the restaurants attached to the hotel. It was meh, oversalted food and bland flavours. Expected from a hotel?
The Annex: Another of the restaurants attached to the hotel. Again, it was meh.
Olive Garden: Chain Italian restaurant. It looked good in paper until I got my entrees. In my case, I went for spaghetti and meatballs. Results? A plate of pasta with a bland sauce topped with two machine made meatballs without any meat texture. Meh.
An unknown pizza parlor. The funny note about this pizza place is that the boxes have ads for exercise machine similar to the ones shown in informercials. I found this hilarious.
As for the city itself, it does honour to what it is said about this place, i.e., it is a really walkable place. However, one thing I did not like was the weather. In the days we were there, it was CHILLY! The day we left it was starting to warm up but most of the time the temperature was below 0C. I think I will stick with Vancouver… ^_^;;;
