		<description>My friends all laugh when I express my love for chicharrón, but I swear it&#039;s mostly their lack of understanding the dish. It is soooo good! And speaking of good, that platter looks delicious KimHo! Nothing like the heaviest meal of the day in blistering heat.</description>
