Well, let’s just say I prefer floating in a pool over wearing socks and multi layers.
The canal trips were incredibly hot and humid, as we went with almost no speed. No breeze.

Colon, the Free Zone, Panama City, yes great memories.

You know what, probably because I don’t have that problem that I did not realize the food was gluten free! In this case, it is all maize! ^_^

And it all seems to be Gluten Free.

In my previous life (professionally) I passed through the canal quite a few times and have great memories of Panama.
