I love this post. I used to love chicken from Pollos Jap Jap. I am dating myself but I remember when it started to spread (the franchise) and my Mom and I were obsessed with the chicken. Even after all these years I still dream of that chicken. Hence I searched online to see if there is a recipe or something and here I found this. Basically at this point in time the best thing to do would be to just get a good chimichurri sauce recipe and grill my own chicken and go at it. It may not be EXACTLY like it but good enough.
