For example, what effects it will have in the kitchen (i.e., will they serve the same dishes or it is a completely different menu?)? Will the restaurant be able to turn enough tables/orders to justify the cost of having it open for lunch? And that is only the tip of the iceberg... Guess they have to improve their punctuality if they want a good lunch crowd.
