Hospitality is a trait of us servants from central Europe, that&#039;s for sure.
We may seem cantankerous at times, but deep down we live to please. May have to do with catering to the Emperor way back. So I was told in school.

Just checked their website. No doubt is the owner from Austria. Even her email reads apfelstrudel@.......doesn&#039;t get any more original than that.

Though I am trying to focus on GF ( I keep up promoting to Victoria&#039;s clients), I HAVE TO blog about a bakery here in Calgary that I have frequented for 15 years. All Austrian, all the time. Full of GLUTTONY!</description>
