		<description>Last winter we were doing some work in Confed Park. During a lunch-hunt one day I noticed that the China Express had turned into a Vietnamese spot. For the next several months, TCT became my go-to place for pho and their exceptional beef stew. I developed a two to three-day-a-week habit. Then I started blogging, discovered many other great places and never went back. Thanks for the reminder, Kim!</description>
