On a Friday during the Olympics, Sherman gives me a call and asks “Do you want to go to Ozark’s tomorrow?”. Now, due to the background noise, I thought he said “Do you want to go to the (Richmond) O Zone tomorrow?”. Of course, my reaction was “WTH? You want me to go to line up in Richmond out of all places???”. When he repeated himself that is when I understood he wanted to go for food! And, in my case, I needed an escape from the Olympic madness. So, the following day, to Ozark’s BBQ in Langley it was!

Anatolia’s Gate

Last year, I did some guest blogging and, in one of the guest posts, I wrote about Anatolia’s Gate, a small Middle Eastern/Turkist restaurant in Middlegate. It has been almost a year I went there and, while technically is not a revisit (it wasn’t blogged here), I thought the food was worth further visits. OK, I fibbed, I was on my way home and Anatolia’s Gate happened to be on the way, hehehehehe.

Domenico’s Italian Restaurant & Lounge

On night two of my stay in Jefferson City, I was not really in mood to drive around. That was partially because of the weather condition: though not rainy, it was windy and chilly. So, instead, I was hoping for restaurants nearby, with the caveat it couldn’t be a chain or in the mall. Once again, I took a suggestion from my clients: Domenico’s.
